Clubhouse is testing a new in-room gaming feature for iOS and Android. Reported by TechCrunch, the app launches a game called “Wild Cards”, which presents a series of questions to help people get to know each other better.
To start playing in Clubhouse, you need to click on the “+ Rooms” button and then select the “Games” option. You will then be placed in a social room where you can invite friends to play with you. After all [in] in the room, you can click “Start Game” to start playing.
Some of the Clubhouse interviews include:
- What type of dog suits your personality?
- Find a movie that the whole band would like in three minutes or less
- Share the last five things in your search history
Live audio has become a popular choice for content consumption in 2020. Everyone spent more time at home, and many also worked from home. Since then, its popularity has waned, leaving Clubhouse to disperse to find new features to bring back its audience. Twitter Spaces has become a sought-after competitor to the social audio app. By adding games, this should help the Clubhouse stand out from Twitter Spaces.
The Wild Cards at Clubhouse are currently only available in English.
