Bam Margera has filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jones, Jeffrey Tremaine along with Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks.
Bam had sued because he claimed he had been forced to sign an agreement he called psychological torture, with so many conditions that it was impossible to abide by. As a result, he claims, he was fired.
According to a new court document received from TMZ, Bam is asking to reject the claim … and all indications point to an agreement. The terms of the agreement remain private.
Bam claims in the lawsuit that he was forced to sign a “wellness agreement” while he was in rehabilitation in 2019 … this was a condition for his participation in the movie “Jackass Forever”. Bam says that due to the circumstances he was not able to be managed by a lawyer.

The agreement required Bam to undergo regular drug and alcohol tests, and he was also forced to take various Rx drugs … drugs that claimed to leave him depressed and exhausted.
Bam did not comply – he tested positive for Adderall – and was thrown out of production. He says what makes him particularly unfair is that doctors have been prescribing him the drug for a decade.
He claims in the case that the accused are “inhuman” and “discriminatory” … likening his difficulty to protecting Britney Spears.
