Patrick Lioya, a 26-year-old black man, was shot dead by a police officer after an arrest attempt led to a fight over the officer’s camp.
On Tuesday, the Grand Rapids Police Department in Michigan hosted a press conference, which released a video with the camera of the police officer, which was cut just before the shooting of Mr. Lioya.
