Users will be able to send text messages or SOS responses via satellite network to report accidents, even without a cellular network
Apple’s iPhone 13 was previously expected to debut with this feature, but it was eventually missed
Apple plans to include an emergency satellite connection in the iPhone 14, which the technology giant is expected to release in June this year.
Although Apple is known for not disclosing the features of its new phones before they were released, this specific feature of the new iPhone had expired online.
According to reports, users will be able to send text messages or SOS responses via satellite network to report accidents, even without a cellular network.
The new iPhone will include “Contact Emergency Message” to send short messages in areas that do not have cellular signals, according to reports.

The technical website recently announced that it is working on a similar satellite feature for the Apple Watch.
“The main reason for enabling this system is to allow users to send messages or contact emergency services in the event of a real emergency,” the report said.
Apple’s iPhone 13 was previously expected to debut with this feature, but was eventually postponed.
