“We are so happy that we finally met our son,” Cardi and Offset told E! News in a joint statement. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
For Cardi B, parenting changed her life – but not necessarily her self-esteem. The Bodak Yellow singer said she is determined to work hard and follow her dreams. At the same time, she had a child to take care of and have extra motivation.
“I can shake my ass, I may be the snoring person ever, I could fight tomorrow, but I’m still a great mother,” Cardi told Vogue in December 2019. I’m thinking about my child all the time. I shake my ass, but at the same time I’m doing business, I’m talking on the phone with my business manager, who says, “Make sure a percentage of my check goes to my child’s trust.”
