Officers worked with the West Mercia Search and Rescue Service to search the area around Kingsland Bridge, as well as after a series of inquiries in the city center.

More than two weeks ago, West Mercia police called on two men in their early twenties to contact after trying to help Mr. Fleetwood book a taxi.

The first man was described as white, about 6 feet tall, with curly brown hair in a curtain style who wore light blue jeans and black fleece from Berghaus.

The second man was also described as white, about 5 feet 8, with a short beard and wearing a beige jacket with a raised hood. Police said both were well spoken to.

Detective Sergeant David Bettison of the West Mercia Police said at the time: “First of all, we would like to thank the public for all their help since we issued our first call, as we have heard from a number of people who have helped us with our search.

“We are now eager to talk to these two men who were spotted helping Nathan on the bridge, as it led us to believe that they tried to help Nathan book a taxi so he could go home.

“There is no evidence to suggest that the two men had anything to do with Nathan’s disappearance, but we believe they could contain vital information to help us better understand Nathan’s movements in the early hours of Sunday.
