A man who hung a three-week-old baby upside down by the ankles in a vile video has been arrested by police. The man is filmed hanging the baby and turning it over like a rag doll.
The video went viral on Saturday weekend after it was shared online. It was subsequently deleted, the Irish Mirror reported.
A Gardai spokesman said: “Gardai is investigating a case of alleged child neglect in the northeastern part of the country. A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

“Due to the sensitive nature of this incident, no further details can be revealed at this time. In the video, the man is heard saying “In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
The woman says, “You’re a bad doll, you know that? You’re a bad doll. Then the woman says, “Stop, stop, I’ll send this to your sister.”
Then the man is heard saying, “He is afraid of me.” The woman in the video tells him, “Ah, he’s not afraid of you, he loves you. He is not afraid of you, he is a hero.
When the man starts rocking him, his wife says, “Stop it, it’s not funny, even though he’s laughing, ah, it’s dangerous.”
