THIS is the horrible moment when a hungry breakfast man pulled out a gun and shot a chef four times because he made him wait too long for his kebab.

Shocking footage from the scene appears to show Pescorale shooting at the chef several times, while another worker can be seen in a state of shock in the corner.

Pecorale of Montesilvano is reportedly waiting at an outdoor table for his order.

He reportedly entered the restaurant and began rowing with the chef after receiving a serving of poorly salted kebabs.

The suspect reportedly pulled out a gun and shot the young cook, a native of the Dominican Republic, several times.

The chef, who is also the father of a two-year-old boy, underwent surgery and is currently recovering in hospital.

After the alleged shooting, the suspect sought refuge with relatives in the area before trying to escape north by taxi.

Police have arrested a suspect at a service station on the A14 motorway in the provinces of Pesaro and Urbino.

During a search, police reportedly found a semi-automatic pistol believed to have been used in the shooting.

Pecorale received a disability pension after a car accident at the age of 19, which left him with severe brain damage, reports La Reppublica.

His lawyer, Florenzo Colletti, told Il Centro that his client had always carried a gun with him, as he was often ridiculed for his injury.

The 23-year-old victim told local media that he was “terrified” that he would not be able to walk again after the horrific ordeal.

He told local media: “I thought: I am dead, I will die soon. I prayed to God so much.

“I do not know what caused his anger. He had come to eat the previous two days, I didn’t know him.

“He had eaten kebabs and asked for ten more. But he told me to make them saltier because the first ones didn’t. “

The investigation continues.
