Jane Foster has always been more than Odinson’s love interest, but you may not know it just from watching one of Thor’s Marvel films so far – the last of which she simply did not participate. Thor: Love & Thunder wants to fix this and then some, judging by his first trailer.
When we last saw this particular version of Jane (another recently appeared in What if, where it was voiced by Natalie Portman), she and Thor were still in the midst of falling in love, Asgard was still standing and Thanos was still not devastated to the whole universe. Portman action-packed Jane Foster returns in Thor’s new trailer: Love and Thunder as a woman changed by recent events at MCU, but still determined to help make the world a better place.
Thor: Love and Thunder is expected to hit theaters on July 8, 2022.
