Twitter – Shares of the technology company rose about 1% in long-term trading after the Wall Street Journal reported that Apollo Global is considering a takeover bid on Twitter. According to the report, Apollo could potentially help Elon Musk or another bidder raise funding for the deal.

Netgear – Shares of the technology company fell about 10% after the company announced guidelines for the first quarter, which were below the estimates of StreetAccount. Netgear said the Wi-Fi market for US consumers shrank in the first quarter of 2022 and suffered from supply chain problems related to the blocking of Covid in China.

Super Micro Computer – Information technology stocks rose more than 13% in expanded trading after the company raised its guidelines for the quarter ended March 31. Super Micro Computer has increased its profit and revenue guidelines, citing strong growth in customer demand.

JB Hunt Transportation Services – Shares of the shipping company rose about 1% after a stronger-than-expected report for the first quarter. JB Hunt reported $ 2.29 earnings per share on $ 3.49 billion in revenue. Analysts had expected $ 1.94 per share on $ 3.29 billion in revenue, according to Refinitiv.
