The trial of Black China against the Kardashian family is officially underway. Nearly five years after Angela White-born China filed a lawsuit against the entire family – including her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian, his sisters Kim Kardashian, Chloe Kardashian, Courtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner and his mother Chris Jenner – her case goes to court trial. She and Rob participated in their own E! spinoff, Rob & Chyna from 2016, before splitting in December. In her lawsuit, China claims that the Kardashian family is behind the cancellation of the show’s second season and is suing them for defamation.
At the same time, she is also suing Rob for assault, beating and harassment. As a result, Chyna is seeking more than $ 100 million in damages.
In addition to China and her attorney, Lynn Chiani, Kim, Chloe, Chris and Kylie (along with their attorney, Michael Rhodes), attended the April 18 California trial.
