Isaiah John Metz, 22, also known as Deklin McBride of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, claims he raped two four-year-old twins in Goldsboro, Pennsylvania, while on parole for assaulting an officer.

Isaiah John Metz, 22, also known as Deklin McBride, is being chased by New York City police after he attacked two police officers at a homeless shelter Tuesday around 4:30 p.m.
Police have received a signal that Metz is staying at the Antonio Olivieri Homeless Shelter, located on W 30th Street near Eighth Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. Officers and US troops arrived at the shelter at around 4.30am on Tuesday with an order when a fight broke out and Metz bit the soldier’s arm and hit another officer before he could escape.
Both officers were transported to local hospitals to be treated for their injuries and then released.
Metz was last seen running in the center and reportedly entered a subway station, according to Pix 11. Police dogs were able to track his scent to W 32nd Street and Seventh Avenue, according to the New York Daily News.
The man reportedly observed one of the girls on July 24, 2021, while the other nurse went to see a doctor, according to an affidavit seen by Penn Live.
The family said the daughter was more emotional when they returned home and said she told them during the bath that her vagina hurt, court documents said.
Police reportedly collected DNA samples from her underwear as well as from the armchair that was attacked. Investigators were unable to rule out that the DNA belonged to Metz, Penn Live reported.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children later revealed that Metz had published 42 photos and eight videos of him sexually abusing girls, all of whom were found on his phone in February, the swearing-in statement said.
