During the first full day of Blac Chyna’s $ 108 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian family, jurors watched Chyna’s stellar appearance in rapper Tyga’s music video “Rack City” as proof of her thriving career before meeting his ex Rob Kardashian.
The video was recorded in the Los Angeles court record by Chyna’s lawyer Lynn Chiani, as the lawyer tried to demonstrate Chyna’s fame apart from and intertwined with Kardashian’s family before the 2017 lawsuit.
In the video, Chyna is kidnapped by assailants, and Taiga later rescues her as bombs explode behind them.
China, whose legal name is Angela White, is seeking $ 100 million in damages from the Kardashian-Jenner family. She claims she was unfairly interviewed by E! Leaders of the network five years ago after she and Rob Kardashian separated. The family denied the allegations in the case.
Kardashian’s lawyer, Michael Rhodes, initially objected to the video being reproduced, but made a compromise to allow jurors to watch the video without sound.
