Anthony Fraser, 51, was shot dead outside Cleveland Ave’s American Wings and Seafood restaurant around 7 p.m.

Police released a disturbing surveillance video showing a man approaching Fraser from behind with a gun in his hand.

Police said on Thursday they had arrested 30-year-old Stanley Henderson and said his motive was robbery.

Police are conducting a search on Wednesday afternoon after someone said they saw a man who matched the description of the suspect released by CrimeStoppers.

An officer was injured while police chased Henderson through the woods. Officers managed to detain him.

Henderson, who has a history of criminal activity, has been charged with one count of aggravated murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

Larry Spruel from Channel 2 talks to Fraser’s family on Thursday night.

“Well, I can say that God is a God of justice. I’m glad he was captured, but that can never replace the pain we’re feeling right now, “said Tommy Robinson, Fraser’s cousin.

His aunt Angela Robinson hopes witnesses who may have seen something will come out about her nephew’s murder.

“But after he was just shot in the head, without remorse, people watched him, no one warned him to lie on the ground and then someone else to come and search him, it was a difficult pill to swallow. Oh, that was hard. That was difficult. Just to see that, “she said.

The Fraser family held a prayer vigil on Friday night at the restaurant in his honor.
