The Elgin County OPP is investigating a fatal accident in Central Elgin.
According to a report, officers and Elgin’s central fire department were called to the Ron McNeil Line site east of Highbury Avenue around 11:20 a.m. Sunday.
Police said one man had died on the spot.
Ron McNeill’s line between Yarmouth Center Road and Highbury Avenue was closed for about five hours, but has since reopened.
