The federal government unveiled the official route for the Royal Tour next month.
The visit of Charles, Prince of Wales, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, will begin in St. John on May 17.
The royal couple will begin their visit to Canada with an official welcoming ceremony in the presence of indigenous leaders in the Confederate building.
The visit will include a stop at the Government House, followed by a discussion of the wool industry in Canada and a demonstration of the art of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The stop will include the opening of the new Alley of the Commonwealth – a platinum anniversary commemorative project – at the Government House.
The royal couple will end their stop in Newfoundland with a visit to the village of Quidi Vidi.
The royal tour will continue on May 18 with a visit to Ottawa and will continue to Yellowknife and the Northwest Territories of Detach on May 19.
Charles and Camilla last visited the St. John area in 2009.
