If Netflix’s list of movies in the summer of 2022 is something to go by, the streamer continues its trend of relying on big-name stars to pursue its film ambitions. Today, the company released a schedule of films to be released between May and August, and there is a lot of stellar power to be found. The list includes Gray Man-like thrillers, directed by Anthony and Joe Rousseau and starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans; Spiderhead, a science fiction film directed by Chris Hemsworth; A day shift where Jamie Foxx plays a vampire hunter; and a new basketball drama called Hustle, starring Adam Sandler and Queen Latifah.
This list does not include some of the other big-name films that will be available later this year, such as Knives Out 2, Enola Holmes 2 and Guillermo del Toro’s attitude towards Pinocchio. Here’s the full lineup so you can schedule your summer movie plans well and early.
