Rob Kardashian claims that his ex-fiancée Black China beat him with a metal stick and pulled out a gun on him during a fight in December 2016.
In Kardashian-Jenners’ ongoing battle with China, Rob, 35, testified Wednesday that his relationship with 33-year-old China was violent from the start and claimed that his child’s mother had beaten him and threatened to kill him.
Rob – who wore a black long-sleeved shirt and button-up for appearing in court – said the night of December 14, 2016 began with their jokes on social media, with both posting videos of them kissing and laughing.
A video of Rob waving ribbons of $ 100 bills and throwing them at China was shown in the courtroom, and the model looked pleased.
But the night is said to have been violent with the strife, which lasted until the next morning. Rob claims that China pulled a gun on him twice, hit him with a metal stick, scratched him and hit him with an iPhone cable.
“She hit me several times on the face, my back,” Rob testified
“She punched me several times in the face, my back,” Rob said of the metal rod that China allegedly used to hit him.
“She tore my shirt early in the evening and we were throwing money at our Snapchat,” he continued. “At first I thought it was playful. I didn’t think it was serious until the second gun collision … you don’t point a gun at your fiancé’s head, whether you think it’s loaded or not.
Asked by Chyna’s lawyer, Lin Chiani, why he did not show bruises in videos recorded after the incident, Rob said: “She hit me several times on the body (with a metal rod) … but not everyone will get bruises just because someone he hit you. He left no trace when I had a gun to my temple. The cord around my neck, I’m sure it left a mark, but no, I didn’t need a band-aid.
“Everything I testified happened,” Rob continued. “She was on cocaine and alcohol. She has a history of doing this. Just because I didn’t have scars doesn’t mean it’s not true. Stop putting it there! Not fair.”
The reality star was noticeably excited during his nearly two-hour testimony, raising his voice several times and opposing Cyani to repeat questions.
When asked how to spend the New Year together after the battle, Rob replied, “I have social unrest,” and I gained a lot of weight. She forced me out of the house. I went to dinner and that was it. I was not happy. I leave the house after she puts a gun to my head. She put this on her Snapchat, but I don’t like it. It’s just fake. ”
Rob said he wanted to make his relationship work and support China – with whom he shares his daughter Dream, 5 – even when she has repeatedly claimed to have abused him. He said he often slept in his car until the next morning.
Rob said he was at the “very low” and “weakest” point of his life when he first started talking to China, but at the time he was still single and also sending messages to other women.
“I was probably in the worst place of my life… She was the only person who brought me here,” he said. “I was just comfortable with her… and I was in my loneliest moment. I ignored all the bad things. I have a very loving family, but I just gave myself to her. ”
He also said he never loved her, even when he proposed to her. He said he did it more as an advertisement for her and their now defunct E! reality series “Rob and China”.
China told the court last week that she was “just kidding” when she put a gun to Rob’s head and wrapped an iPhone cable around his neck.

Chaina claims that the threat is not serious and that Rob seems to find her actions amusing.
“It was not charged,” she testified. “I would never shoot Rob or anyone for that. I was just joking, like “HA, HA!”
Kardashian-Jenner had previously denied China’s claims that they had used their influence to cancel her and Rob’s show. Instead, they claim to be trying to protect Rob from a violent relationship.
Chyna is suing Kardashian-Jenner for $ 40 million in lost profits and more than $ 60 million in future profits. She claims that they used their power to damage her reputation and prevent financial opportunities.
Earlier this week, the family filed a motion to drop the case against them.
