CITY OF SOUTH FULTON – Atlanta police shot and killed a man in South Fulton on Friday as they tried to carry out a murder warrant.
The incident happened on Chania Drive on Friday afternoon.
South Fulton City Police said Atlanta police had asked for their help to carry out an order for Block 7100 on Hania Street.
While trying to carry out the order, an Atlanta police officer shot and killed the suspect.

Police did not say what led to the shooting, nor did they identify the victim.
It is not clear what murder the suspect is accused of.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called to the scene.
