Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah continued to trade during the second round on Friday, going down in exchange with the Packers before continuing up in a deal with the Colts to pick Clemson cornerback Andrew Booth Jr. with the 42nd overall pick.

The Vikings rose 11 places from the 53rd pick to further strengthen their second place by choosing Booth, a former five-star rookie who played for the Tigers for three years. He is the second rookie in defense to join the Vikings since Georgia’s first-round selection of Lefty’s Blue Security.
