The Indianapolis Colts swapped from the 42nd overall pick – along with their fourth-round pick (Choice # 122) for the Minnesota Vikings for the second round (Choice # 53), the third-round pick (Choice # 77) and the sixth-round pick. Choose # 192):
Sounds like a good deal for the Colts, who win an additional third-round pick to work with, even though they only dropped 11 places. Colts general manager Chris Ballard was no stranger to drafting to raise additional project capital.
It’s worth noting that both Sky Moore of Western Michigan and George Pickens of Georgia were on board for Indianapolis, but the team could swap places to eventually choose Cincinnati outside of Alec Pierce, but who knows for sure .
