Jessica Alba was in good company on her birthday.
The actress and entrepreneur celebrated her 41st trip around the sun with close friends and family – including her husband Cash Warren and her parents, Mark and Katie Alba – during a glittering ball at the Los Angeles hotspot Delaila on April 28. A source close exclusively to Jessica tells E! News that the founder of Honest Company has rented the entire restaurant for the occasion.
“The music was loud and it was definitely a dance party,” said the insider. “Jessica looked really happy! She was dancing in a circle and going down with Shay Mitchell and Shani Darden, and she looked like she was having the best night.”
Other celebrities seen in the star crowd include Kelly Rowland, Cassie, Tiffany Hadish, Ludacris, LL Cool J, Jessica Simpson, Ashley Simpson-Ross and Evan Ross. Rosario Dawson’s Sin City co-star was also present, as was Michael B. Jordan, who was involved in the 2015 reboot of Jessica’s superhero film Fantastic Four.

Guests at the party sipped Casamigos cocktails and enjoyed Raising Cane’s and a variety of appetizers, including tuna tartare and pork in a blanket. For dessert, a huge white cake was brought for Jessica, according to the source.
“Jessica raised a toast and a speech in front of everyone,” said an insider. She was very grateful and excited that everyone was there.
In a video on Instagram Stories posted by Rachel Zoe, Jessica, dressed in silver sequins, told the partygoers that she “felt very loved” on her special day.
“We didn’t get to celebrate much and I have to say that I can’t really think of a better group of people,” she said before pointing to her parents in the crowd. “Mark and Cathy, thank you.”
Then she corrected herself embarrassed, laughing and saying, “I’m sorry, Mom and Dad.”
But love didn’t stop there either! According to insider Jessica and Cash, who have been married since 2008 and share three children together, “were super loving and showed a lot of PDAs” all night.
The source added: “They looked like they were in a great place and in love.”
