Police say one person was killed and many others were injured in a shooting at a Mississippi festival on Saturday night.
Hinds County Sheriff Tyrie Jones tweeted that several people were shot during the Mudbugs Festival at the state fair. Police said they believed a number of gunmen were involved in the incident.

The shooting happened shortly after 10 pm local time.
Jones said the scene was secured and two people were taken in for questioning.
Several victims of the shooting were transported to local hospitals, but their condition is unclear.
