Only 25 minutes later the tickets were sold out. Customers asked about a cancellation list, to which the restaurant replied: “At this stage we have a list of cancellation names, 5 times larger than the restaurant, unfortunately. At dinner, a potato bite of tea with tamarind, mint and chutney coriander with yogurt will be served first. The next dish will be mussels steamed in South Indian sauce, followed by another seafood dish from Amritsari Halibut, which was included in MasterChef.

Then guests will be able to put a skewer of lamb leg with spices, and then the last spicy dish will be duck with butter. Finally, the dessert will be baked Fourme d’Ambert cheesecake with hazelnut crumbs.

The six dishes on offer are a fusion of French and Indian cuisine, around which Eddie grew up and which he portrayed so well in MasterChef. All dishes have been tried and approved by renowned judges, so Pig & Whistle customers will be treated.
