An amber signal was issued to a 4-year-old child who was reportedly abducted from an apartment complex in Salem City this afternoon.
The child was allegedly taken from Harvest Point Apartments, 469 Grieves Parkway, by a woman named Daishaliz Veles-Fernandez.
She is believed to be driving a black 2010 Ford Fusion with New Jersey labels Z25PAD.
Anyone with information should call the Salem police on 856-935-0057 or call 911.
