A motorcyclist died of his injuries after a collision in southeastern Fredericton on Sunday night.
Police in Fredericton said the motorcyclist, a 59-year-old man, was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Lincoln Road near the experimental farm around 8:10 p.m.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said in a press release on Monday.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
Police did not reveal the identity of the victim and did not confirm whether any charges had been filed.
They noted that the incident is still being investigated and said more details would be announced later on Tuesday.
