BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A 9-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted was found unharmed in Baltimore County, according to Maryland State Police.
An amber signal for Savannah Rosette, Nicole Heaton, was issued earlier tonight. Authorities say she was abducted by the Shamrock Circle in Westminster, Maryland.

Heaton was last seen around 6pm on Tuesday. She was with her aunt at the time, according to the Carol County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say Heaton’s aunt has legal custody of her.

It is believed to have been taken by prominent suspects, including her 33-year-old sister Magen Ashley Wallen, lawmakers said.
Wallen is believed to have driven a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe with registration number 9DM4538 at the time of the abduction, authorities said.
Heaton was discovered in Edgemore, Maryland. Valan was detained, according to deputies.
