For a country that seems irrevocably divided in the middle of almost everything, the United States is showing remarkable unity in the war in Ukraine. On Tuesday night, the House of Representatives, where bipartisan votes are scarce these days, voted 368-57 to approve a $ 40 billion support package for Kyiv.
