The largest great white shark ever taken in amazing photos

The giant Deep Blue weighs a whopping 2.5 tonnes and was thought to be pregnant when it was first discovered

A huge 20-foot great white shark, considered the largest ever seen, was photographed with brave divers swimming next to it.

The giant creature weighs a whopping 2.5 tons and is called Deep Blue.

Deep Blue is eight feet tall and was considered pregnant when it was first discovered off the coast of Guadalupe, Mexico in 2014.

Surf Researcher explained that female great whites prefer to be alone and swim to great depths until they are ready to give birth.

Deep Blue is the largest large white ever seen by experts and has lived for more than five decades.

It has a long life despite the threats faced by sharks, which are pollution, hunting and fishing.

Marine biologist Ocean Ramsey was swimming next to Deep Blue, holding one of his fins before, showing the huge creature behaving obediently after it had just been fed.

Discovery Channel diver Mauricio Hoyos Padilla called the huge creature when he made a documentary about Shark Week. When he released a Deep Blue video in 2015, it went viral.

The impressive beast was seen again right off the west coast of Mexico in July 2018, where divers Mark Moler and Kimberly Jeffries were able to identify it.

They were able to determine her identity by the label with which she was implanted and by the unique features of her body.
