Google: The power of two! Google is set to combine Meet and Duo in one application. Here is a list of upcoming features

Google has confirmed that it combines its two different video chat apps – Duo and Meet – into one app. It’s been a long time since the technology giant last updated both its services.

The technology company said it has made deep investments in both the Google Duo and Google Meet platforms to support its users who still use the apps. Google has said it will add all the features of Google Meet to the Duo app, which will allow users to easily schedule their video calls by coordinating with others more conveniently or continuing to connect instantly with someone or a group via the video option conversations.

Features will be added in the coming weeks.

Google Meet works well for jobs, as it is aimed primarily at business users. However, the Google Duo was any other typical video messaging platform that was released as a rival to Apple’s FaceTime.

The company also announced that later this year the Duo application will be renamed Google Meet, becoming the company’s only video communications platform.
