Shooting in Tulsa: Five killed in attack on medical clinic
Four people were killed in an active shooting at a medical facility in Oklahoma, according to reports.
Tulsa police say there were many casualties on the second floor of the medical building and that the main shooter was also dead after the incident near St. Francis Hospital, according to KJRH television.
“Earlier this afternoon, we answered a call about a man armed with a rifle in Natalie’s building at St. Francis Hospital. This has become a situation of an active shooter, “the Tulsa Police Department wrote on Facebook.
“At this point, we can confirm that the shooter has been removed at this time. Currently, employees go through every room in the building and check for additional threats. We know that there are many injured and potentially many victims. “

Authorities say officers contacted the suspects and victims at an orthopedic center on the second floor of the building at 5:01 p.m.

The gunman from Tulsa died of suicide, the report said
Tulsa City Councilor Jamie Fowler told 6News that police had told him the gunman had died from suicide during the incident.
“Our thoughts and prayers are focused on these three victims and our police are trained, prepared for this and it could have been even worse,” Mr Fowler said.
