Manchester United inquired about Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni.
The Italian international is a target for Tottenham boss Antonio Conte, although Inter estimate the 23-year-old at around £ 50 million.
He appeared 44 times for his club last season and became a regular starter for Italy.

Before that, Conte built a successful relationship with Bastoni and the two won the league together at Inter.
Tottenham seems to be the obvious choice for the defender, given his existing relationship with the manager and the guarantee of football in the Champions League next season.
