Five fire engines raced into Plymouth town center this evening.
Witnesses spotted the device near Plymouth Crown Court at around 8pm on Saturday 2 July.
There were initial reports of three fire engines at the scene before two more arrived shortly afterwards.

Despite numerous reports of a massive fire department presence in the area, witnesses did not report seeing any smoke.
