Peel Regional Police say they have charged a driving instructor in connection with an alleged sexual assault during a driving lesson.
Police said a 19-year-old woman was involved in the incident and that she was not injured, but provided few other details.
Police announced charges against the instructor on Monday.
Imran Malik, 45, of Milton, is accused of sexual assault.
Police said he is not currently employed by a driving school, although a Brampton driving school is believed to have employed him prior to the alleged crime.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and that they believe there may be more victims. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact police.
