CBS man faces charges of breaking, entering, theft using heavy machinery on the West Coast

A CBS man is facing charges for two recent breaking and entering and theft cases involving heavy machinery.

On July 18, a backhoe was stolen and used to break into the Medicine Shoppe in Pasadena. Six days later, a stolen van was used to break into the North Atlantic gas station in Steady Brook. Both businesses were severely damaged.

Twenty-seven-year-old Joshua Weir is charged with two counts of breaking and entering, breaking and entering, breaking and entering with intent, and three counts of mischief over $5,000.

He remains in custody.
