A man is dead after a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Toronto’s east end early Sunday morning.
The crash happened shortly after 1 a.m. in the area of Scarborough Junction, near Kennedy and Eglinton avenues.
According to Toronto police, the motorcyclist was thrown from their bike and was unconscious.
The paramedics rushed the victim to the hospital. His injuries are believed to be fatal, police said.
The driver, who police say is a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
The other driver stayed put.
Kennedy Road at Transway Crescent is closed as Traffic Services investigates. TTC services are also affected by this closure.
