Millie Bobby Brown Henry Cavill Friendship Rules

For starters, Millie said it was a lot different than her close friendship with her Strange things fellow actors.

“With Henry, it feels like a real adult relationship. Like really healthy,” Millie said.

“[The friendship is] such that we have terms and conditions,” she continued. “I know Henry.” He has terms and conditions with me.”

“I’m not allowed to ask about his personal life. It’s like, “Dear, shut up.” And I’m like, ‘Got it.'”

“While with Strange things kids, it’s different,” she added. “There are no boundaries because it’s like we’re all brothers and sisters. But with Henry, he’s very strict with me, which I appreciate.”

“So it must be completely different for him. I have a sister, a brother and an older brother. So I’m very used to that kind of dynamic,” Millie said.

“I had to implement a lot of that into my relationship with Henry off and on screen and just push him out of his comfort zone.”

Enola Holmes 2 director Harry Bradbeer confirmed this in an interview with Deadline. “[Henry] has a very rational approach but is learning more and more to have fun and be spontaneous,” he said.

“And of course, Millie and him had this very interesting, nice dynamic where they were always picking on each other. And Millie tickles him a little and surprises him. And he walks away with it.”

In conclusion, we maintain a healthy friendship with boundaries – especially in Hollywood. You can read the full interview here.
