Neil Parish resigns, admits he was looking for “tractor porn” in the House of Commons

Neil Parish, a Tory MP who said he accidentally opened “tractor porn” on his mobile phone in the House of Commons, resigned on Saturday and admitted deliberately watching the spicy videos in the hall.

The 65-year-old Conservative lawmaker had a “moment of madness,” he said when he searched for X-rated content while idle while waiting for a vote.

The former farmer said he first came across vague online erotica – which appears to be related to sexual position – by chance while watching tractors on his mobile phone – then turned to a website with a “very similar name”, the Sunday Times. from London reported.

Parish said he watched the NSFW video “for a little I shouldn’t have done.”

But in the second case, the married father of two admitted to deliberately seeking porn – and was caught in the act by two female lawmakers who filed a formal complaint.

Parish said he had given a “full apology” to lawmakers, insisting that “it is not my intention to intimidate them.”

His resignation came less than 24 hours after he announced he would refuse to leave unless he was found guilty.

But a chorus of conservative colleagues told him otherwise – fearing a backlash from voters ahead of Thursday’s local elections.

“It was difficult to understand how he could return, given the public display,” one MP said.
