A 34-year-old man was stabbed to death while watching his brother in an “accidental and unprovoked attack.”

Sergio Santai was stabbed in the neck by a stranger in broad daylight on Bonnie Bray Street in downtown Los Angeles last Friday.

He was talking on the phone about his plans for the weekend of the brutal attack.

The suspect also attacked two other people, and cops began searching for “armed and dangerous” thugs.

Security records show the attacker walking on the sidewalk before launching his attack.

He approached an unarmed Santa and stabbed him in the neck before stabbing two others.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital, but medics were unable to save him, while the other two victims are believed to be recovering.

Santai was on Facetime with his brother, discussing what he would do last weekend.

His mother told Fox 11 that she was trying to figure out why the killer would randomly attack her son.

The suspect (pictured) also attacked two other people, and cops began searching for “armed and dangerous” thugs.

Cops launched a large-scale search for the vile thug and warned that he was “armed and dangerous”, but no arrests were made.

The Los Angeles Police Department warned that the three attacks on April 8 were accidental and unprovoked.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black fishing hat – covered with marijuana leaves – a blue shirt and light shorts.

Santai’s brother Douglas created GoFundMe for him, which has already raised more than $ 5,000.
