Emergency services are on the scene of a “serious” flat fire in Birkenhead.
The Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service was called to an apartment in Laurence Deacon Court, St. Louis. Anne Street, Birkenhead at 8:45 p.m. Monday, May 2.
Three minutes later, teams arrived on the scene in three fire trucks.
Merseyside police and the Northwest ambulance were also present, and the incident was described as “ongoing”.
