More than 900 civilians have been found dead in cities around Kyiv as Ukrainian forces continue to regain areas previously occupied by the Russian military.
Smoke rose over Kyiv on Saturday after Russia’s last rocket fire killed one person and injured several others.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko warned residents fleeing the city not to return amid these new attacks.
“We do not rule out further strikes on the capital,” Klitschko said. “If you have the opportunity to stay a little longer in cities where it’s safer, do it.”
