Police are looking for a man stabbed in downtown Toronto; concerned for his safety

Police are looking for a man who was stabbed during a fight in downtown Toronto on Sunday afternoon.

Police say the stabbing took place in the area of ​​Peter and Adelaide streets shortly after 2 p.m.

Two people were fighting, police said as one brandished a knife and stabbed the other.

Prior to the arrival of the officers, the victim had already fled the area, police said. Now they are looking for him because they are worried about his safety.

Police released a photo of the victim, seeking public help to identify him.

He is described as six feet tall with a thin physique and short black hair. He was wearing blue jogging pants and a black sweater.
