The latest cinematic trailer for Valorant kicks off Episode 6 by introducing a new map. The cinematics cross paths between various Valorant characters as they make their way to a ruined temple overgrown with giant flowers.
The trailer opens with Astra and new character Harbour, exploring a jungle in India, before transitioning to a nightclub in Istanbul. Here, Fade uses his nightmarish powers to interrogate men in suits. At Valorant headquarters, Omen tends a bonsai tree while Sage begins a training round against robots. Meanwhile in Korea, Killjoy, Raze and Jett are hanging out at a restaurant.

The trailer continues to cross between these different locations, showing Fade getting the location of a secret temple, Astra and Harbor using their powers to activate a strange, massive door, and Sage climbing over her head during training. Eventually, Omen uses his Dark Cover ability to cover the training arena in shadow, adding to Sage as she completes the training. Fade relays the temple’s location to each of the other Valorant members shown, except for Astra and Harbor, who wake up underwater.
After appearing, Astra and Harbor begin exploring the same temple. They clash with the rest of the agents shown in the cinematic. Everyone takes stock before raising their weapons. The trailers end with the promise of more details tomorrow, January 6th.
Valorant Episode 6 starts on January 10th. Valorant and other Riot titles recently arrived on Xbox Game Pass with additional benefits.
