Authorities in Pennsylvania have issued an arrest warrant for a Calgary man, Karandeep Singh.
He faces 27 charges, including vehicular homicide, after a crash that happened more than a year ago.
State police say Singh was driving about 18 mph on Interstate 79 in Butler County, Pennsylvania, when a school bus going 67 mph slammed into his semi.
The speed limit on this road is 70.
Investigators found several violations on the truck that would have resulted in an unserviceable order. A 14-year-old girl, Briley Walker, and the school bus driver, Lindsey Tompkins, were killed. Two other students were seriously injured.
