RNC boss suspends convicted cop without pay

RNC Chief Patrick Roche suspended Const. Noelle Laite without pay following her conviction on charges of assault and battery causing bodily harm against her former intimate partner.

Laite was charged with administrative duties during the investigation and court proceedings.

After her conviction this week, Roche suspended Laite without pay.

The RNC says it remains committed to its core values ​​and promoting accountability to its members and will address concerns through due process.
