His roommate Darren Moore said Muse had worked at night and had seen him recently with many weapons, that he had told him they had been left to him by his grandparents, who had a collection of firearms.
“He had them in the back of his truck, they were just lying in the open. It wasn’t like trying to hide something, “Moore said.
It is not yet known how the police approached Muse, but the investigation led to him and the issuance of a search warrant.
The ATF confirmed that many of the matching weapons found had been stolen during the robbery and killings.
Moore said that apart from a girlfriend, Muses never went out with friends or a group, left alone, but Moore never thought he could be dangerous or violent.
“I talked to him almost every day and I never felt threatened by him,” he said.

Agents from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation found that Muse had previously lived in Grantville and was a client of the shooting range. He bought at least one gun from the business and spent time there at the landfill, agents said.
It is unclear whether Hawk’s family had a direct relationship with Muse.
Muse is the only person arrested so far, but Grantville police say that’s subject to change.
Tommy and Evelyn Hawk ran Lock, Stock & Barrel and have been part of a small, cohesive community for nearly 30 years. Their grandson Luke was on a spring break from high school, helping his grandparents at the store.
Luke Hawk’s father, Cowette County Coroner Richard Hawk, found his family’s bodies.
It is unclear whether Muse will face further charges.
Gelbach he spoke on the phone with someone from the security company Muse worked for until his arrest, and was told that Muse had been there for less than a month. Their guards are not armed, and he did not work and is not on duty on the night of the robbery and murder.
