The Chancellor of Germany is accused blocking the supply of tanks in Ukraine and deleting two-thirds of the items on Kyiv’s military wish list.

The country came under fire for allegedly refusing to send heavy weapons directly to Ukraine, although allies such as the United States, Britain, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands are increasing supplies.
This week, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz defended his government’s slowness in supplying weapons to Ukraine.
“We have asked the German arms industry to tell us what materials it can supply in the near future,” Scholz said.
Under the agreement, Germany will reimburse Ukraine for any purchases made by German companies.
