DriveBC reports that the Coquihalla Highway is fully open between Inks Lake Road and Kamloops.
UPDATE: 6:42 p.m.
DriveBC reports that the Coquihalla highway still has one lane closed due to a vehicle accident between Inks Lake Road and the town of Kamloops.
At that time, the southern lane remained closed, with an alternative route through Highway 5a.
Reports surfaced on Friday afternoon that the highway was closed after a collision with a transport truck.
An evaluation is underway. The next update is expected around 8:30 p.m.

The Coquihalla highway was closed in both directions west of Kamloops after a collision involving a transport truck was reported on Friday afternoon.
According to DriveBC, a vehicle accident closed Highway 5 between Inks Lake Road and the town of Kamloops.
An evaluation is underway. The next update is expected around 5 p.m.
