Photos of the Texas National Guard, which went missing while trying to rescue migrants crossing an Eagle Pass river, have been released.

The soldier was identified as 22-year-old Bishop E. Evans of Arlington, Texas. He disappeared on Friday after entering a river in Eagle Pass to help two migrants who “seem to be drowning as they crossed the river from Mexico to the United States,” officials said.
