Wendy Williams is already putting TV in her rear view after deciding that podcasting is more appropriate – but she’s already arranging big names to join her … TMZ has learned.
Although her daily show was one of the most popular in the 13 seasons, Wendy has no interest in being on full-time television right now … according to her manager Will Selby.
Will is the executive producer of Wendy’s upcoming podcast and tells us that Wendy recently spoke with Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe about being a guest – as she plans to focus more on her own favorites from the music world.
In addition, we were told that Wendy had conversations with Kardashian and even a member of the Trump family. Will doesn’t say who, but each of them would be a huge success … given what’s going on in Washington.

We got Wendy in New York back in May and she vowed to be back on TV, but we were told it was no longer her passion. Instead, she focuses on creating a pod, which is Wendy’s complete experience – all about her favorite artists, fashion, food and celebrities.
From a business perspective … Will says Wendy is trying to decide whether to partner with a platform – like Spotify or Apple – or just launch it independently.
There is still no schedule for the podcast’s debut. BTW, we’ve been told that Wendy doesn’t swear by television – she’ll still be open to talking or reality shows like “The View” or “Real Housewives.”
